Center for Neurocognitive Modeling

Florian A. Grether

During my bachelor’s thesis on the role of large language models in malingering of cognitive dysfunction, I developed a keen interest in the broader applications of language models and machine learning in psychological research and diagnostics.

As student assistant in the DFG Project “New Data Spaces for the Social Sciences,” my focus is on leveraging contemporary informatics approaches to analyze large psychological datasets, enhancing our understanding of human behavior and cognition.

Another area of interest for me is the application of machine learning in neuropsychology or biological psychology, for example as a potential pathway to a more effective processing of multimodal data.
