From early on, I was wondering how the human brain creates a sense of reality and expresses its version of it through language. Therefore, I became very interested when language models emerged, interested about what they can reveal about our brain and the ways it forms memories. After completing my master's thesis on how individual corpora can predict semantic memory, I started my PhD project with PD Dr. Markus Hofmann in July 2024.
As part of the DFG Project “New Data Spaces for the Social Sciences”, I am very interested in how to combine different research areas, particularly how informatics and psychology can work together to enhance our understanding of both AI and the human intelligence. Additionally, I am interested in studying how AI can be used to improve psychological diagnostics as well as everyday life.
