Workshop: Predictive modeling of clinical trajectories in JMP (April 1, 2025)
On April, 1, there will be a workshop from 10am-4pm in Z.02.05. The workshop will be given in German. Here's the program:
1. Predictive modeling of clinical trajectories (lecture, 10:00-11:30):
a) Predictive modeling of therapy success with (penalized) regressions: depression
b) Support Vector Machines and therapy success in psychosis treatment
c) Decision trees, random forests and cognitive decline
d) Predictive Modeling, sample size, reducible and unreducible errors
2. Predictive modeling of therapy success (Hands-On: synthetitic data, 12:30-14:00)
3. Do partnership preferences predict gender? (Hands-On: Big Data from Sascha Schwarz, 14:15-15:45)
Please install JMP Student before the workshop and bring a mobile computer
